AA Computer Help LLC offers computer repair services, including but not limited to hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, virus removal, and data recovery.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their computer issues, securing their data before service, and granting necessary permissions for repairs. Failure to do so may affect the quality of service.

4. Service Fees and Payments

Details regarding service fees and payment methods will be provided upon request. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Warranty

We warrant our repair services for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to new issues or unrelated problems.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AA Computer Help LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our customers and agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the repair process. Customer data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may also terminate services if a customer violates these Terms of Service or engages in inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
